There’s no such thing as thinking too much. The entire concept of there ever being a chance that you’re exceeding your mind’s capacity to process and analyze information is ridiculous. You aren’t sad because you think too much, you’re sad because you dwell on certain thoughts and avoid ones critical to getting better. Think about progress. Why wouldn’t you?
